ok...make it several questions:
 
1) For those of you who have mucho multiple fert especially.  How many of
your fuzzies have had to have adrenal surgery?  This seems like a very
common thing...or maybe it's just that on these types of lists, it's the
injuries, illnesses, etc that people post about most, therefore it only
sounds like this is a very common thing that happens to a huge percentage
of ferrets.  Isn't there a test that can be performed to check fer
elevated hormone levels so this might not happen?
 
Ok...that was 2 questions in one...
 
2) How religous are all of you giving hairball remedies for their
ferrets?  I need to get some yet...and I will most definitely!  But is
it really an all year long thing 3x daily or mostly during their shed
periods a every day?
