Shoot, I sent a note to Bill later asking to pull that PA post that I sent, but apparently it got lost in the ether. Copies of both were also sent to some people in PA who I figured might be able to help the original poster and person with whom she was corresponding. The night before last I'd had very little sleep and should have just stayed off the computer yesterday morning. Anyway, my apologies to Angela should they be helpful. The reply post is from Angela who did a very good job looking up info, and somehow I missed about half of her post on my reading as well as thinking that it was from someone else.
