I talked to Jeanne Carley tonight and they have been effected by all the bad
weather lately out in the bay area, to the extent that they have lost their
power and as a result their phone system is down.
 
To everyone who has been calling (415) 851-5775 and thought no one was
there...  well they really are.  They just can't hear the phone because of
the electrical system.  Edison tells them that it may be several days at
least.  Keep trying.
