Hello FMLers,
 
I don't know how the rest of the world operates, but here in Oregon we have
a feed store that carries wood pellets year 'round.  They carry them not
as "pellets" but as litter.  Before you panic, check your feed stores.  If
they don't carry it all year ask.  Maybe we are just lucky, but maybe, just
maybe, your feed store is as good as mine.
 
They also have begun to carry ferret items such as ferretone & nutrical and
will order in food.  We just promised to tell our friends from the club
that it was available at the feed store.  Another bonus is that they are
often cheaper.  Like I said, maybe this feed store is unique, but it
wouldn't hurt to try.  Don't bother if they don't already carry cat and dog
items though.  Another feed store in town wouldn't think of it because they
deal mostly in livestock.
