<sniff sniff> You must not have missed our response to you. <g> We
didn't refer to a gender so it couldn't have been ours you are citing.

This is a topics we irregularly as we agree that many shelters are doing
themselves ans their ferrets disservice by making it too hard to adopt
ferrets out of the shelter. This is not a ferrets only phenomanon. We
had troubles with a dog rescue that would not adopt a dog out to us because
we admitted that sometimes we would put our dogs out on chains for a while
since our yard was not fenced which they considered evil. Ironically the
dog in question by THEIR description is one that had apparently escaped
from his previous home by crawling under a fence as his back was badly
scratched to the point of bleeding

Its a shame when logic is ignored in favor of a zealous belief that one is
right despite all evidence to the contrary.

AS I understand it MF honors the guarantee by refunding your money and
letting you keep the ferret if you choose. But that is just an
understanding since we've never been in that situation.

Being a family full of artists, we are more the experts on that form of
drawing blood. <g>

Out of the official Crayola Millennium box the color "red" is the closest.
But that is satisfactory to diane who feels a mixing is better. But then
you also have to decide how fresh the blood is too. It changes color as
it dries and after exposure to oxygen.
