Thanks for the kind comment about the ferret soap!  Actually, I *have*
thought about making them as an SOS fundraiser before.  They're a bit time
consuming to make (since I use a cookie cutter to make them, not a regular
mold).  So I'd probably offer a basic choice of three or four colours and
scents, in either transparent or opaque, and make each one with a little
"heart of gold" embedded in it, also of soap.
 
Any input from list members on whether this idea is something people would
be interested in, or any helpful suggestions, would be gratefully
