I have a friend who is a knolwdgeable ferret person, and is contemplating
adding a small kitten to the household mix.
 
There is a question as to whether or not kitty might be prone to marking
places (carpet here & there) where the ferrets have disregarded the
existence of litter pans.
 
Does anyone have any experience or insight on this topic?
