If the bad breeder is indeed the same one from the Hagerstown, since
names were not shared, then I would see about starting with the
authorities that handle that.  Under the conditions that the ferrets
are in and eye witness accounts they might get involved.  As Pat says,
history DOES always repeat itself.  And it is up to the ferret community
to make sure this information is shared and that everyone is aware of
who it is.
 
And if anyone would like to see and read about the condition of the
Hagerstown rescue, go to the AFA website, <http://www.ferret.org/> ,
click on the read and learn link, click on American Ferret Report and
the Issue that has the article is Volume 13, issue #1.  There is a PDF
of the article.  THIS IS WHAT WE HAVE TO STOP, these situations should
not be repeated, but sadly they do.
