Animal control officers in Virginia Beach, Virginia found over 200
ferrets in a home in VB. It was on all 3 networks and each one gave a
slightly different number. At least half the ferrets were dead and in
the freezer. It was also said that 60 some have already been euthanized
for poor health.

I dont know the procedure but I hope this reaches out to any ferret
lovers in this area to maybe open up their home to a ferret or two. I
dont know how long animal control holds ferrets but I hope no more need
to be euthanized. I am not sure how many rescues are still operating in
this area or what their situations are but help is needed. I am willing
to assist in whatever way I can.
