There's a new ferret book out!
 
_The Ferret: An Owner's Guide to a Happy Healthy Pet_ is a 126-page,
5.5"x8.5", hard-cover book with nearly 100 color photos and up-to-date
information.  It's written by a ferret owner -- Mary R.  Shefferman, Editor
of Modern Ferret magazine (that's me!) -- and published by Howell Book
House.  Of course, Sabrina, Ralph, Marshmallow, and Knuks (the ferrets)
helped with inspiration and the occasional necessary play-break.  The book
covers all sorts of topics, including: behaviors, training, feeding,
grooming, health, teaching tricks, legal issues, and more.  It's a current
reference for folks who love their ferrets.
