There are several 800/900 numbers people can call to suggest guests for national
talk shows.  The McDowell plight, and the ferret issues it raises, could garner
a lot of valuable publicity if Mike and Rita were to appear on some of these
shows.  According to Troy Lynn Eckart in Kansas, the McDowells have
enthusiastically agreed to do this if they get the opportunity.
 
If you would like to urge that the McDowells be invited to appear on one or more
