I live in Louisville KY.  I have two ferrets and a couple of friends who
have ferrets.  I just wanted the person who is looking to adopt in KY to
know that KY is an unfriendly ferret zone.  You can have them here but you
are supposed to have them all registered and stuff.  (Incidentally, I happen
to know that there are only 7 ferrets registered in the whole state).
