Well- I finally got the last three Rainbows released from Petco. They
are sick and have been since they came in in early December, and
nothing that has been done in the store has helped, so I finally got
the go ahead to take them home. They are so very happy.

They are, of course, infected with the Pasturella virus, which almost
all the Rainbows are, but they are responding well to treatment here
and are boisterous and full of themselves. It is such a relief to know
they will have forever homes now, and just watching them play is so
rewarding. They do enjoy biting-apparently it is great fun to listen to
people scream and swear...it initiates the most wonderful weasel war
dance. We have not had babies here for awhile, and Rainbows' at that-
the house is rockin'.

The little girl's name is Winnie- We still need names for the two boys-
one is a large silver one, is a larger black sable- they came up to my
dog and looked at her for a minute- the same dog they have been playing
with at the store for three months-then jumed on her face and bit her.
She now stays out of reach while they are out. I am running from them
if I happen to forget to keep something on my feet at all times- they
had me up on the dresser the other morning- just out of the shower,
forgot which group was out. Hopefully they will settle a little soon,
but they are Rainbows.....sigh

Gerri

ps- Troy Lynn, you better be ready:-)
