Bought 10 lbs of frozen chicken leg quarters for 59 cents a pound. Now
cooking in slightly salted, iodized water. Will be consumed tonight and
tomorrow by happy ferrets. Am delighted to see how smart these ferrets
are. They will chew off the ends of the leg and thigh bones but will
not chew and eat the mid portions that are sharp and splintery. They
know, they know, you bet they do.
