Hi all, things have quieted down around here but it's just the eye of the
storm I believe between Bear and Buddy.  Anyway, I just wanted to comment on
two things...
 
EARS:
We use Epi-Otic(got it at the vet).  When I get the beakies into the bathtub
(and they end up bathing me) I put the Epi-Otic(closed) into the warm
bathwater to warm up.  Halfway through the scrubbing, I put a little in
their ears and try to rub them quick.  Then I scrub some more and then use
the q-tip to clean their ears.  It works like a charm!
 
COUCHES:
We have a sofa-bed(yeah, I know it's bad) and when we got the beakies, I
took an old flannel(thicker) sheet and staple-gunned it fairly close
together onto the bottom of the couch, so far(3 years) we have had no
problems.
