One of my very first ferrets, Robert, skewered his penis on one of the
upright rods in my DISHWASHER. I just lifted him off, and no harm was
done, thank God. Luckily, I was unloading clean dishes, rather than
putting in dirty ones.

How he did it, I'll never know.
