Thanks to E.M.Ennis for bringing my error to light.  Although I still hold
by my statement, I should have stated that "most" shops in MY AREA hold kits
for one week.  I mistakenly assumed that people would realise that I don't
have nationwide knowledge on this subject.
 
Typing a post to this list is rather like deciding to walk through a mine
field with shoes that are four times too big that have no shoe laces, when
there is a perfectly good bridge to go over.  I sometimes wonder why I
bother.
