I work at a pet store in Newark, DE. I was about about to leave when a lady
called and wanted to know what she should do about a ferret she found in her
front yard. (It was playing with her cat.)

I told her what a ferret freak I was and that I was willing to take him home
with me. I said I'd write the FML and post a ferret found message and call
local ferret shelters and run an ad in the paper. She seemed grateful
because she wasn't even sure it was a ferret and her son was already getting
attached to it. So, it's now sound asleep in my roommate's laundry basket.
Anyway, if anyone knows of a ferret missing in the Delaware area, write to
me, describe sex, age, color, etc. and I would be more than glad to reunite
this fuzzy with its owner. As much as I would like to keep it (and will if
I can't find the owner) I would rather see it go to its owner. I can only
imagine how heartbroken I would be if Kif got lost.

Please give me any info.
Jacki
BTW, it is going to see the vet tommorrow.
