Hey all,

I can see from time to time two letters in bracket near the subject of
the MSG (like [OT}, near my old MSG, or [MA] or other). what does it
mean ?

Maya [LF] (=love ferrets)

[Moderator's note: [OT] means the post is "Off Topic" -- it's not
directly related to ferrets but is an important issue for a subscriber or
the FML community and is thus often acceptable. Any OT posts usually are
placed at the end of the digest.

Letters like [MA] or [ON] at the end of the subject represent the
two-letter state or province abbreviation where the post most applies.
(An example: "Lost Ferret [NY]" means a ferret was lost in NY state.)
Subscribers really appreciate that so I try to include it when possible.
Sometimes it will be the standard country code instead, like [.ES] for
Spain, etc. BIG]
