Hello,

This is in response to Pongo and home made toys. Here are a few ideas for
you which my ferrets seem to like:

take a old pair of nylons or tights and put a ball with a bell, or whatever
you wish, in the bottom and tie it. My ferrets love to play with it and
the stretchy fabric has a bounce to it which they love to chase when I
dangle it..

I also take a old pot holder mitt and play with them ( after they learned
to not bite hands) they know they can play rough and wrestle with the pot
holder, they love it!

I also take a old aspirin bottle or prescription bottle and fill it with
bells, pebbles, coins or anything that will jiggle and roll it on the
ground or tie a string to it. I always supervise them when they play with
these toys and put them up when they are done. If the toys are put away
they also do not get bored with them when I rotate them.

Use your imagination, have fun but remember safety first!! You never know
what they may try to eat and that could be a problem.
