Buckie had a little escapade today with the termite stakes....I was
checking my email and doing laundry, and the ferrets were running around
the house.  Buckie's only hidey hole is under my bed, so I get a good
laugh when he's always dragging stuff into my room(like my moms personal
stuff...i mean PERSONAL stuff like the stuff that's kept in a sock drawer
and is rubberey...ewww...except today.  My dad had bought termite stakes
planning to place them around the house today...well I have no clue how
buckie got a hold of one, but he was just prancing by with it in his
mouth.  I FRIEKED!  I snatched it from him, placed them all in their cages
and called the vet!  He said just keep a close eye on him...there aren't
any chew marks on the stake or anything so im just praying it isn't
anything searious.  gosh...what fun today :) Is there anything I can do,
or give him just to be precautious?  My dad had a good lecture LOL...He
should know better than to put ANY THING on the floor....even brooms LOL
 
Does anyone need a supersized hammock?  I sewed one and decided to put it
up on ebay....Soley keeping the Midwest cage in mind...Guess if the little
fuzzies fall, they can get hurt....well put this half way and they wont
have anywhere to fall!  it measures 21"X20" and has grommetts...so you
can use it for a hammock, blankie, or floor pad.Of course The money made
from the auction will be used on Noodles :))   It'll probably fit 5-6
ferrets comfortably...maybe 8 max.  very durable etc etc etc... bla bla
bla...*grins*
