I've received an email from someone who won't pay the medical costs for
care, and I'm hoping I can locate a shelter who will lend a hand here.
Being in Canada, I'm too far away to take action myself.
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
if not by the owner,
by myself and the little fuzzy.
