Hi everyone,
Many of you own smart phones and use some of their apps. I am writing
an article for Critters USA about the small animal pet apps that are
available to customers today through various devices such as cell
phones, gaming systems, tv's and more. Some of pet apps are really fun
in a goofy, entertaining way only and yet others are extremely helpful.
There are a few, that I found that would actually help shelters,
rescuers and breeders because they are organizers and educational
tools. They enable you to list every last detail of an individual pet
that you could ever imagine. You can share the information with care
takers, friends, etc. I found one out there for vet records that allows
you to carry them around with you and even exchange them with vets.
Many of these apps are free and absolutely safe. Im' looking for
private owners of ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs, sugar gliders
hamsters, rats, short tailed oppossums, and the like to try one (or
some) out so that I can intervew them for the story. Anyone can help
me! * However, I would be so wowed if you were a small animal breeder,
shelter, club owner, or the like and tried at least one out.
So Iphone lovers, Droid addicts, and the like .... please write me if
you'd like to know more and are interested. All I'm asking you to do is
browse your official app store on your phone and download at least one
app for one of the small pets that Critters features, try it out, and
give me some feedback! If you've no time to browse for an app, I have a
list of names you can just type into the app store search. It takes 30
seconds to download an app, and a day to play with it, and then a few
minutes to talk to me. Wella. And you, my friend, you can be a star in
Critters USA magazine. You can be as Paula Abdul says, "a shining star
streaking across the sky, ending in a garden, where you can become a
spendid color pf yellow, no where you become ALL of the colors, all of
the colors in a crayon box ....."
