My JJ slipped away from me this last week after a rather sudden turn of
events. He stopped eating the day before Christmas, and ended up having
his spleen out the next Tuesday. He never started eating on his own, and
the lab results came back that the spleen was canerous, and the outlook as
poor. This past Tuesday he passed away in my arms.

JJ was a wonderful bouncing little boy who had been the runt of the litter,
he never got very big, but did have a growth spurt after I started feeding
him "duck soup". He was a beautiful cinnamon who would have been 5 yrs in
March. He loved to snorkel under sheets, covers and especially table
clothes if there was anything on top of it that could be spilled.

No trash can went un-turned over. The toilet always had to be investigated
after it was flushed and the water tasted! He always tucked him self in a
night, and would pull the covers up to his chin. No one could ever believe
that he was the one who would tuck himself in - everyone always thought
that I was doing it. He was so adorable.

He was always timid and stayed back when others rushed in. He was a good
shoulder rider and loved to ride in the car with his head out the window
(and with mom with a good grip on him).

During the last two weeks he was constantly held and loved. He just wanted
to be held and to sit in your lap.

It breaks my heart to lose yet another one to cancer.

JJ is sorely missed by his moms and his brothers and sisters ( and even the
cats)
