I just purchased a 4-month depot of 1 mg Lupron for $125.00 plus $5.00
S&H from Professional Arts Pharmacy.  I had it within 3 days of ordering
it.  I mixed the powder with .5 ml of the diluent and injected it
subcutaneously as per the recommendation of Dr. Ruth on Smartgroups.  I
despise giving IM shots and I know Fozzie doesn't like them any better
than I do!
 
We were attending the Lupron clinics given by Dr. Anna Edling in Horsham,
PA for a year.  That was $30.00 for a one month depot, so this only cost
me $10.00 more.  We just moved to Ohio, so that was no longer an option.
 
The number for Professional Arts is 1-800-832-9285.  You'll need to have
your vet call in a prescription.  I think that the 2 mg 4 month depot was
$175.00, , but most ferrets only require 1 mg.
