My bitties do the same thing.  My little girl tends to do it more then
kabuki (because he's such a pig he has to eat it then and there while she
doesn't want anyone to watch her..  if i hold her she'll eat it..but if not
she'll dash off).  I have found stashes she hid before kabuki joined our
group but i haven't done enough house rearranging since to find other
stashes (but i'm sure they are there!) have a great night!
