Interestingly enough, Bill is a developer or programmer.  An expert so to
say.  No one he has ever worked with has ever been involved with hacking.
Most who do are non-professionals.  We never mentioned harassing email,
of that we get very very little.  Bill's well known reputation might be
the cause.
