Hi All,

Apologies if this has been resolved now but I'm behind on my FMLs.

One of my ferrets Fane, who has sadly passed now, suffered with this
before his death. It turned out to be a growth in his abdomen that was
pushing on his bladder and blocking it. Unfortunately, the vet only
found it during surgery and advised that he should be put to sleep
without waking up.

Needless to say, the whole experience was dreadful and I wouldn't wish
it on anyone. I still miss him daily. My advice is to get your fert to
the vets ASAP and get him/her scanned with ultrasound asap.

Much love and dooks,
Susan, Eric and Fang
