I am a new subscriber and have been lurking for quite a while now just
taking in all the great information. After reading an article posted a
few days ago from Yo land Morris, I got a little more than upset.

I have 2 wonderful ferrets!! Baby is two years and Brut is a year in a
half. I have had them both going on two and a half years...I wouldn't
change ANYTHING about either of them. Sure, Brut likes to bite to get my
attention, climb onto anything he can while knocking everything over (he
seems a bit selective...he always picks the same item to remove from the
table.) Maybe he is trying to tell me something:) Baby on the other hand is
my cuddle-bug. She is constantly under my feet or on my lap. Her favorite
toy is her "real baby pacifier" if that you anything. I love them both to
death, wouldn't trade them for the world. I put up with a lot from them
both but I have one essential quality about myself, PATIENCE. It is to bad
that I had to write for my first time in the FML only to disagree completely
with Yo land Morris's attitude. Ferrets are GOING to climb onto EVERYTHING
and get into EVERYTHING (more some than others), if they didn't I would
wonder if something was wrong with them. Each and every one of them have
their own very distinct personality as we all do. You have to love them for
who they are...not who you wish they were. Speaking of getting upset about
the litter-box situation...I have tried everything. If they don't want to
use it they won't, there isn't much more to say. I live with it, I always
will. When it comes down to it, if that is something I have to deal with
just so that I may experience all the fun and love they bring me, so be it!
If Yo land Morris is that miserable, maybe a fert is not for you. All the
worries you have is what a ferret is all about. I feel terrible that I must
write THIS for my first entry, I was looking forward to meeting a lot of
other ferret lovers. I'm sure there are many others that feel just as I
do--God Bless You.

If Yo land Morris can't take is ferts actions anymore...give them to me, I
will be happy to care for 4 wonderful creatures (and their messes):) If
anyone agrees or disagrees with me, I would love for you to email me. I'm
up for all discussions!!
