Meeteetse has gone into the most amazing post-adrenal-surgery and season
change shed.  She had not lost any hair to her adrenal tumor (though she
sure lost all her belly and chest fur, plus some leg and neck fur to
shaving <G>) and kept a reasonable coat, but now her ENTIRE trunk is
covered with a crew-cut of dense fur and her old coat is falling out
en-mass so that she's got a LOT of shedding and dandruff production going
on suddenly.  After combing her I belong in a Head and Shoulders
commercial; I should rent her to their makeup people!  Had to empty the
comb four times just doing her back.  In all these years I think this is
the most dramatic coat change I've seen in terms of massive loss with
simultaneous massive growth.  It looks like the entire thing is going to
happen in less than a week at this rate, so she'll be walking around
looking like Drew Carey for a while.  Heck, at least that's not
Mimi-character adornment, though Ashling aims to rival her in lipstick
application.  (Ashling like to rub her nose -- and often part of her
muzzle -- in lipstick and show it off.  Does it every time she gets a
chance.)
