Most times you need a current health certificate for the airlines if not
the country.  Your local vet can help you with this.  Other requirements
for shipping live animals vary widely from country to country, so the
best way to get current information would be to contact a Brazilian
embassy or consulate.  There's at least one in NY or LA.
