(Unless asked otherwise my earrings usually are all on gold plated surgical steel, or straight surgical steel ear wires, though I have made some on sterling silver ones, with all of those materials coming from Fire Mountain Gems, so you know they are reliable. What typically gets people in trouble are metals that look like silver but actually high in nickel, or plating over high nickel metals.)
