Just like humans ferrets have taste development or not. Jeep simply
does not like ferretvite nor any other ferret treats. He seeks me out
in the morning, every morning, but he does not like to be touched! He
will put up with some but really shys away from being touched. Yet if
I put him down on the floor he will come back to bob his nose off my
foot which is usually an attempt to tell me something. I have not
found out what it is he is trying to tell me but over time I may.

Many ferrets would 'kiss' me allot but not Jeep. He will stay in my
arms till I get to the back room and then he squirms like crazy where
he knows he will be put down to run around and that is all he waits
for seemingly so quiet and calm. I haven't quite figured him out and
he will be a year old in a couple months. Guess that is what I have
is a solitary really independent ferret.
