I think this one has been beaten to a pulp! My first ferret is a MF
(which came with a whole package of info and reading recommendations)he is
the most wonderful little creature which led to two, three, four and five!
BTW number 4 is also a MF with a temperament identical to #1. They are
probably the largest because they are breeding the best and most consistent
temperaments. Face it, most of you out there complaining about them -- do
you have any MF, did you have any MF. They have their issues as all large
breeders do, but their results are excellent. If my first ferret was not
a MF there probably wouldn't have been a second one! I can think of a
million different causes to complain about before I'll start on "large
scale breeders".

What about abusive, ignorant and neglectful owners? That's what I want to
eliminate. The MF kits are fed, watered and sheltered. What about the
ferret who dies because the "children" didn't give him water (imagine a
death like that) or the owner who doesn't want him anymore so sets him free
(imagine wandering, confused, hungry, cold, alone!), or the person with the
nipper who doesn't have the patience and does something cruel (won't even
go there), or the ferret left in his cage for the entire length of his
life! Imagine those little lives and what it is like to live or die like
that PLEASE! Give MF a break even if for the time being AND WIPE OUT THE
IGNORANCE AND CRUELTY! PS-wiping out the large scale breeder WILL NOT wipe
out the ignorance and cruelty.
