Just a clarification on what ebay does and doesn't do.  They DO have
clear and detailed regulations on what items can and can't be posted.
They DO NOT have the resources to check all of the millions of postings
for legality.  They DO rely on other ebay users to alert them to items
that violate their policies.  They DO remove these items when brought to
their attention.
 
If you find illegal or objectionable items, DO let them know.  If you
think their policies need adjusting, DO let them know.
