My husband suggested "Lazarus" for Dayna's Christmas rescue, too. I like
the name "Jamie", after the Scottish protagonist in D. Gabaldon's "Outlander"
series. Her hero, James Frazer, survives nearly fatal physical torture but
emerges a stronger and more compassionate man in spite of and maybe because
of his exposure to great evil. Dayna, please tell us how the little one is
doing. I've thought about him constantly since I read the FML yesterday.
The story of the fuzzie's mistreatment broke my heart, but I did not think
Dayna was too graphic.

Unfortunately, there are angry and violent people who should never have
ferrets or children. Dayna and the unnamed vet are the heros here. Dayna,
keep up the good work.

Ferretz Rule,
Lynne & 8 fuzzy fellows whose goodwill toward men should be an example =
to us all.
