If you don't have the time to remain at the vet after getting your ferrets
their shots, or if you're worried that you won't remain long enough and that
the ferrets will have a reaction a significant while after the shot, why
don't you ask the vet if you can leave your ferrets there for the next few
hours? Few vets will charge you more than $5, and on top of vaccine/visit
costs, a few measly bucks is nothing to make sure that your ferret is in
safe hands if it has a reaction an hour or more after receiving the vaccine.

This worked out very well for me and Potpie (who, for the first time in a
couple years DIDNT get sick) and i plan on doing it with the rest of mine
who show vaccine sensitivity as well.
