The last of my ferrets to be placed from my shelter and breeding operations
left on Weds.  I sent $70 with the ferrets to start their vet fund, and $20
to the driver to defray gas costs.  We were still working out logistics to
move cages and fuzzines to their new homes, most of this month.  We closed
on June 1, 2000 and are not taking in or raising any more ferrets.
 
I have at least two month or more before I'm projected to be recovered from
the last round of health problems.
 
We have 15 ferrets left in residence with ages ranging form 1 yr old to 9
yrs.  We kept, my personal ferrets, rescues we fell in love with or who are
unadoptable, and all the breeders who are to be fixed over the next few
months.
 
In addition to eBay fund raising for my own ferrets, I will make some
efforts to make contributions to the the shelter who took my 5 ferrets I
was unable to place and to an individual who took my sick ferret.
