I do not think it is possible to feed too much unprocessed fat to a
ferret, for many years I fed raw cow lites (50% fat 50% meat) with milk
and eggs) with no problems. If I fed 100% pork fat they seemed to pass
most of it through undigested. I would be far more worried about
feeding too much sugar.
