I'm amazed at the comments about the Westland show.  I would be thrilled
to death to have a ferret show to go to, no matter how big or small.
Since I live too far away to travel to the shows, I sent my mom to the
Westland show.  She's a ferret grandma & she needed to go to the right
place & people to pick up presents for her grandferrets when she gets
here on Thursday night!  She took a friend with her and they had a lot
of fun watching the ferret games.  Introduced her friend to the world of
ferrets - we can always use more friends.  So I'm grateful to the folks
who put on the show & hope there are more being planned for the future
(gotta keep those grandferrets spoiled!)
 
If there are any shows planned in the Seattle or Portland areas, please
keep me in mind - who knows, maybe I'll take a long weekend & fly away....
Any shows in the Detroit, Lansing, or Toledo areas and I can send my mom.
 
To Pat: Please bring your ferrets with you to Alaska.  There may not be
as many of us - but trust me, we love our ferrets up here just as much as
anyone in the lower 48.
