Having learned from a post in Wednesday's FML that the haikus they'd been
writing lacked proper Japanese subtlety and sensitivity, my sprites decided
to give up on such "wincy mincy lotus-blossom stuff" (their words, not
mine), and try their paws at some other form of poetry more suited to their
own bawdy natures. So last night they got together and, with much
sniggering, composed the following limerick in honor of a male acquaintance
of theirs who is facing the Big Fix next week:

A lusty young hob known as Gizmo,
Suffers from too much machismo;
Although he'd love, it's a fact,
To keep his gizmo intact,
Its chances right now look quite dismal.

With apologies for rhyming "-mal" with "-mo"...Grizzy, Hopper, Blanche,
Lilly & Milly
