Sandee, my georgeous fert boy ( well he was retired) Pjatten left me last
Friday and I want you to look out for him.
 
He was approx 10 years old, maybe older.  I rescued him from under a barn
in February 1992 and when he was altered the vet told me he was 2 years,
maybe even more.  Pjatten became rather tired in the last 6 months but
there was nothing else wrong with him.  He would hardly play with his mate
and he told the dog not to bother.  But he was eating and drinking and
occasionally exploring the apartment.  Most of the time though, he was just
resting.  We decided to let him be until he would show any sign of illness
or not to be comfortable, then we would let him go.
 
However, Pjatten took the decision himself.  He passed away all of a
sudden, just as he was leaving his basket to take a walk.  We gave him a
temporary rest under the trees in a beatiful spot of the woods until he
can get to you.
 
Maybe he will meet Hassan , Gunnar and Ellen too.  Take good care of
Pjatten.
