Generally a lurker, Mo' Bob's comments have dragged me from the woodwork.
 
First I'd like to say that Bob's ideas about approaching the Ducks Unlimited
to chance their policy on ferrets is a step I'll try.  I raise and train
hunting dogs, and I've sold and worked with dogs owned by members and
officals of DU.  My next step will be to go to a meeting and bring, not a
dog, but ambassador ferret, and if you would Bob, e-mail me some pertinent
data that I can make copies for hand outs.  Thanks.
 
Second, the part that made me smile, Tom Lehr?  My personal favorites...
"rover was killed by a Pontaic", and receiving a education surrounded by
nuns "The Vatican Rag" Thanks Bob, I think I'll dig out the LP's and the
turntable.
