I currently have two male albinos, and have had another in the past.  My
vet has never mentioned any particular problems with them, or special care
needed.  However, I have been told by the lady who gave me the first one
that you have to be careful with them in the sunshine due to their eyes'
being sensitive.  Other than that, I haven't heard of anything else.  I
love my albies!!
