My ma, who is the Shelter Ma, has had a sinus infection and not feeling
well, so she gave ME da task of writing to yous all today!::dook dook::

Well, anyways, I wanted to t'ank ev'rybuddy who sent gifts out to da
shelter kids everywhere dis Chri'tmas season!  Ev'rybuddy is so generous!
It waz nice to see our very own Granny Ferret dive into her new security
cube, far as I know, she hasn't come out yet ::dook dook dook::
no seriously she only pokes her head out to eat and drink from her
strategically located food bowl and water bottle, and take a little poo...

She is also gobbling up da duck soup dat folks kindly sent funds for.I'm
surprised she is not fat...don't tell her I said dat okay?
 
Cheswick and MacDermott LOVED their new hammock.Ma is sewing some loops
into da sleepsack and blankies,so dey hangs off da floor, so da boyz can't
get 'em dirty.Dey tends ta potty ev'rwhere, dey aren't not very good at
hitting da litterbox most of da time.  BUT dey got dere Chrit'mas wish,
dey got a home who doesn't mind dere potty problems, and who loves dem
anyway.Dey go home dis weekend.Sure will be quiet wifout dem two albino
boyz.  ::dook dook::

We have a VERY BIG IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT, Regarding a special t'ing I iz
not supposed to leak out yet.You won't tell anyone if I tell you now will
you?  Now keep dis in your hidey-holes okay?  We're gonna host a Ferret
Awareness and Adoption Fair, coming dis summer!!!  Games,contests, prizes
will be dere,raffles, a couple guest speakers, LOTS more, oh, an a portion
of all da proceeds an' donations we get will go to SOS for da Utah fuzzie
expenses!!!  HOW KOOL IS DAT!?!?  But da official announcement is to come
when da dates and guest speakers an' kinks are worked out, an' we can give
out all da specifics den.  It's open to ALL rescues an' shelters an' folks
who have adopted rescues to come and have a good time an' show off dere
kids.  Da shelter moms an dads can also bring da t'ings dey makes an' sell
dem too.  We hope to attract udder vendors too, an' Ma wants me to beg dat
real smart an' funny guy in da funky shirts to come.So I better go an'
write him a letter telling him how much we need him.I will write back to
you all soon wif all da info on our fair.Mum's da word now, don't tell
anyone I told yous...Ma would take away my raisin stash...
