Hello everyone, :)

Ok, my smallest ferret Suu, who is about 13 weeks old, appears to not be
gaining any weight at all. I got her April 4 and she looks to be about
the same size and like that she hasn't gained any weight. I've been
feeding her kitten/baby animal milk replacement on the side of her normal
food (3 syringes of it a day..don't know how much that is right offhand)
and even with that, it seems to not be working. I can still feel her
ribs very easily (and I couldn't on Seiko). She also seems to be sort of
runty..could this be why? Or is there a possibility of a health problem?
I haven't gotten her shots just yet, but I plan to next week. I had some
problems the last few weeks and couldn't get them right on time. Which
also brings to mind, should I try feeding her duck soup to cause her to
gain some weight? If so, where are some good recipes for it? I looked
at the one on ferretcentral.org and it doesn't sound like the one by Bob
Church (which I can't find btw..) Does anyone have it handy?? [I sent
it. BIG]

Also I plan to get them both checked for ADV using the Avecon saliva
test, do I have to send it refrigerated or can it go through regular
mail? It wasn't really clear on the site with the info about it. Also,
are they fairly reliable? Please send all replies to me privately.
Don't want to clutter up the FML..it'd be too much work for BIG. :)

Thankies everyone! :)
