        I should have realized.  My new ferret has ear mites or something -
like my first one did but not my second.  He's got those tiny bits of brown
something in his ears and a little bit on his belly.
        Someone once said these were ear mite droppings or something but the
medication they gave me didn't work so I wonder if maybe it wasn't.  Also,
someone else said that it wasn't ear mites (don't remember who).
        Can anyone help me on this - what should I do.  I fail to believe I'm
supposed to just make him live with it as some people have told me I must.  It
doesn't seem to bother him but I know it'll just get worse and cake in his ears
possibly endangering his hearing.
