Howdy and hugs to all!!

Well, as of approximately 10:30am Saturday, Peter was gone, moved, finito,
sayanara!!! Whoooooooooooo-hooooooooooo!!! So, all is peaceful - except
for the major spring cleaning, rearranging/decorating that will need to be
done over the next while. He left his room pretty messy - two small bags
of garbage, an old pair of shoes, a floor that needed desperately to be
swept and mopped and the thing that really disgusted/ticked me off - ones
of our Chinese soup bowls that he had been using for however long as an
*ASHTRAY*!!!!!!!!!!!! *&$#@#@&**()(*^!!! Geez, I can't believe he was too
darned cheap/lazy to go to one of the nearby dollar stores and buy himself
an ashtray!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyways, enough ranting (at least for a little bit) ... we've decided that
once we get his old room all cleaned up and such, that it will become the
ferret's room. How's that for irony?? They'll have full run of that room
and the hallway, as well as the sewing room across the hall when I'm in
there - which I plan on being often. There's ALOT of stuff in there for
them to get into and I'd rather keep an eye on the situation if possible!
Frodo did dust inspection last night of the room after we swept and got rid
of all the junk and he found our work passable. ;->

Geisha is doing just great - bounced back pretty good - eating normally
(aka - lots!) and the stitches on her side should be ready to come out any
time now.

Gushi was quite popular at the medieval event that Judith, Jasper and I
attended on Saturday (don't worry Kate - it wasn't that well organized).
He was pretty tuckered by the time we got him home but I think he enjoyed
the outing. I've been giving him his goop at least twice a day now and
he's been much perkier since - yippee!! Still have to take him in later
this month and do some bloodwork to see if it's possible to have his teeth
cleaned.

Well, that's about it for now - I'll keep ya'll posted! Take care and hugs
to all!!

George, Jasper and the Crew (So, ya done the redecorating in our new room
yet???)
