Stephanie, next time you can get an excellent low entry litter pan for
now much money from http://www.theferretstore.com .  They carry multiple
sizes and styles and we are happy with them.  Plus, they are already
smooth so they won't cut the ferrets' anuses.
 
Rescues who had been exposed to cigarette smoke: Diddy, watch them more
carefully for lymphoma/lymphosarcoma.  Studies don't exist in ferrets,
but in cats it is known that the risk of this type of malignancy goes
up greatly with exposure to cigarette smoke.
