It is important to remember that herbal remedies ARE drugs.  They are
simply the ones that are not currently regulated by the FDA.  As such,
they still can be dangerous, and can also have side-effects, just like
prescription drugs.  They can also be helpful, with the proper research
and care.  It is also important to remember that a human's physiology is
not the same an animal's, and even animals are different from one another;
what is safe or beneficial for one species may not necessarily be safe and
beneficial for another.
